EBT's closed - what is left?
Recent legislation has been released that effectively stops all EBT's. The disguised employment of a Contractor that allows them to earn the lowest possible and PAYE - while receiving a loan from a Trust has been targeted in recent anti-avoidence legislation. The EBT is dead.
However, our solution still effectively allows a contractor to earn from 85% - 87%!
